Where is my order?

All orders are typically dispatched within 1 - 3 days from placing them, with Welzo health tests being dispatched the next working day.

 

You will receive an automated email from our system giving you updates on the status of your order, which may include tracking details. 

 

If you have not received your order, please wait an additional 3 days incase there is a delay with the courier services such as Royal Mail.

 

If you item is still delayed after the expected delivery period + 3 additional days, then contact us via the form on our website.

 

Please make sure to email us from the email used at checkout and include the following:

  1. Order number
  2. Order name
  3. Email address associated with the order
